After more than 15 years in, or serving, the pharmaceutical industry, Germinal Knowledge continues to help pharmaceutical professionals attain their goals. In particular, we help develop high performance teams through self-discovery and applications from the areas of influence, negotiation and confrontation.
Most recently, we have worked with clinical research associates to help them manage and motivate their investigators in clinical trials.
In addition, we also offer training in biostatistics for the non-statistician and statistical consulting.

There have been several projects of Germinal that have exploited the Internet for the pharmaceutical industry: for recruitment into clinical trials, for community building among healthcare providers, and for other marketing research applications.
