Negotiation in the Pharmaceutical Industry

Online Negotiation Training for Clinical Research Assistants
This specialized course is offered to any pharmaceutical company that would like to improve the communication between the company and the investigators for clinical trials. All exercises are drawn from the daily life of the CRA. Many different negotiation situations are covered, not just those involving finances. Similar online courses in other applications of negotiation are in development.

Follow up -- face to face with the CRAs
Negotiation, by nature, is a face-to-face affair. Thus, the intention of the online courses is to prepare the participants for a more intensive and rewarding face-to-face experience. Activities in the face-to-face course include role playing with video taping and psychological profile studies that may aid in the performance of the negotiation.
